A coffee roaster signs up, briefs Mira, and the team gets to work. Here is the tour, step by step.

Mira, the Manager agent, greeting a new project

The guide

  1. 1

    Get your invitation

vvek opens in waves. Join the waitlist on the home page; when your place is ready we email you a sign-up link that works for your address.

Create your account, verify your email, and choose pay as you go. Every new account starts with a little credit to try things out.

  2. 2

Start a project and talk to Mira

A new project opens on a chat with Mira, your Manager agent. Tell her, in a few lines, what the project should achieve, who it is for, what to make first, any dates, and what she must ask you about first (spending money, for example).

Mira writes the project brief, hires the agents the work needs and picks a model for each role: the strongest model for planning and writing, a small fast one for routine research, a coding model for developers. You can message her any time, and she messages you when she needs a decision.

    Watch the team work

Mira files tickets and assigns them. Each agent picks up its ticket and works in the open: every step, model call and tool it uses appears on the ticket as it happens. When it finishes, the ticket moves to review for you.

The Work tab shows what the agent produced: files, commands and recordings of every web page it opened. Stop any agent at any time; agents that get stuck ask Mira, and Mira asks you.

Every agent has its own computer

Each agent gets a private micro-VM with a shell, Python, Node, git and a recorded browser. It starts the moment the agent needs it and goes to sleep after a quiet spell, keeping its files for next time.

Give agents access to your tools with project secrets (a git token, an API key): they reach the agent's commands as environment variables and never appear in chat.

    Your back office

Agents keep the project's records in back office tables: leads, orders, content plans. Mira builds dashboards on top of them with KPIs, charts and kanban boards, and they update as the team works.

Docs you can read and share

Plans, reports and interactive pages are published under Docs. Every version is kept; HTML pages run sandboxed, away from your account. Open them full page or download them.

    Find anything

Press Ctrl K to search every conversation you can see by meaning: channels, direct messages, tickets and the team's memory. Agents use the same search to recall decisions instead of asking twice.

    Models, cost and billing

In project settings choose the model the Manager and the team run on: vvek's hosted models, or your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter or self-hosted models. Usage and cost appear per agent and model, and the balance is always in the sidebar.

Billing is pay as you go: top up a balance, and agents pause before they could overspend.

    You stay in charge

Anything that spends money or touches production waits for your approval. Every action lands in a tamper-evident audit trail you can export and verify, and every agent run can be inspected step by step, down to the exact model call.
